Temporary relief alone is rarely enough. Many people experience short-term improvement, only for pain or discomfort to return. This often happens when the focus is only on the symptom, not the cause. At luluto, we don’t work on symptoms in isolation.
We look at how your body moves, identify underlying patterns, and address the source of the issue. Lasting change comes from understanding why your body moves the way it does, and learning how to move with better control and confidence in daily life.

During this session, we observe how you move, including your posture, breathing patterns, and overall movement control.This helps us understand how your body functions and where potential limitations or imbalances may be coming from.Based on this assessment, we design a programme tailored to your needs, so each session has a clear purpose and supports meaningful progress.

Private Session

Focused guidance for every movement.

Progress is more effective when sessions are fully individualised.
In a 1-on-1 session, your instructor focuses entirely on you and your movement. You receive clear feedback and hands-on guidance to help refine technique, address limitations, and move more efficiently. This focused setting allows you to train safely and develop better awareness and control of your movement over time.

Pilates Reformer

Equipment for precise muscle activation

With our specialised equipment, the Reformer, Cadillac, and Chair, you can explore a variety of exercises, activating and targeting deep core muscles with pinpoint precision. The springs and bars provide both support and resistance, helping you master correct form faster and achieve results more efficiently and safely than you ever could alone.

We begin with a conversation and assessment.
Your instructor will ask about your goals, movement history, and any concerns you may have.We then assess posture and basic movement patterns to understand how your body moves and where limitations or imbalances may be present. This helps us identify areas that may be contributing to discomfort or restricted movement.

Based on your assessment, you’ll be guided through a 1-on-1 Pilates session.
