Instructors

Meet Your Instructors

Our instructors are trained professionals with a strong understanding of movement and anatomy.
Each instructor brings a clinical, considered approach to 1-on-1 Pilates, guiding sessions with clarity, precision, and care.
You’ll work with instructors who focus on how your body moves and support your progress through structured, individualised sessions.

Hinako

  • Pilates Comprehensive
  • Physiotherapist (Japan)

Hinako’s journey began as a physical therapist in Japan, where she witnessed the profound impact of preventative movement. Inspired by how Pilates resolves discomfort and improves well-being, she now combines her deep clinical knowledge with her passion to support you in creating a healthier, more comfortable body.

Sou

  • PHI Pilates Mat I & II, Props, Reformer I
  • NESTA Personal Fitness Trainer Certification

Sou brings the discipline of a professional athlete to his teaching. His journey began after 14 years in soccer, when he realized traditional training alone couldn’t build a truly balanced body. He now uses Pilates principles to help you build not just strength, but smart, high-performance movement from the ground up.

Kanna

  • BASI Pilates Mat & Reformer (Australia)
  • BASI Pilates Comprehensive (Australia / currently pursuing)

Kanna’s passion is born from personal experience. After discovering Pilates’s power post-natally, she relied on it again to recover from a knee injury that made walking difficult. This firsthand understanding of its rehabilitative power fuels her mission: to make its benefits accessible to all ages and life stages, guiding you toward better alignment and stability.

A Consistent Approach, Every Session

While each instructor brings their own experience, all sessions follow the same luluto method.
This ensures a consistent approach focused on understanding how your body moves, identifying contributing factors to movement issues, and applying clear, structured guidance.
Regardless of the instructor you work with, you can expect the same level of assessment, attention, and care in every session.
